| We have been working hard on the "house" as a whole. The batheroom is the main focus but we have kinda let the house go in the interim. The weirdest thing however is that once we decided to clean the house (as in scrub), we now have an ant problem. The ants are the lovely fire-ants and biting our butts. I have to wonder....if we were to leave the house a mess....would we still have an ant problem?

| I start my new job next week!!!! The best thing is that I will not be coaching any more. What that means to me.....no more getting home at midnight waiting on parents to get their kids.

| I finally decided to go to my page and realized that it has
been over a year since I have written anything.
One of the things that I know about myself is that I don’t always talk
about myself much but I do like to read about others.
We have started to work on the house. First was the cleaning and now we have
started to remodel the upstairs bathroom.
Let me first say that is has been the biggest heartache of our house for
the past 10 years. The kids could even
use the tub since it has not been caulked.
That is now done and the soap dish that has been missing is now in
place. The new cabinet has been
purchased and now all the water damage has been fixed. I wish that I had gotten pictures of it
before we started the work but that is too late now. I did some pictures of the work and will get
pictures of the finished product. We are
going to put down ceramic tile all the way out into the hallway and up to the 3
rooms upstairs. It will be so nice when
it is down and then I can really, finally have company over and not feel so embarrassed. (mainly when the kids friends come over)
I have always wanted to have get together’s but did not have
a place conducive to that kind of entertainment. That is going to come to an end. I always knew that it was going to be hard
work but wow, is it ever.

| Today, I must go and watch my husband recieve a Spanish award. The nice thing ia that i do not have to take any time off since work was cancelled due to a water main break today. | | |
| It seems these days are going by so fast that I am not sure whether I am coming or going somewhere. Just when I thought it was suppose to slow down, you seem to get slammed with a windfall of drama. Sometimes you get graced with it only hitting one of your lives at a time (Professional or Personal), but when it goes after both at the same time, with totally unequal subjects, you tend to get strapped for answers/solutions. Now I have my personal life divided up into more containers, leaving me with the ability to incompass more "drama". So there must be a full moon around lately?! Saw it the other day and I would like to blame the bad going-on's on that. We all have our health at this time to fall back on and be greatful for at my house. Hope it is the same for you. | | |
